Overview

The ProMediaGear PLXS1 Lens Foot Replacement works with the Sony 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS FElens. You may choose an SS2 or QD Stap port with it. 

This lens foot is made of T6061 aluminum. It is CNC precision-machined making it fit seamlessly. The material used also means that it is lightweight yet durable for heavy lenses.

The PLXS1 is designed to accommodate carabiners and safety hooks so your equipment does not fall in case of accidents.

Title says it mostly. The foot is low profile, very strong and stable . It’s nothing fancy just quality that works as it should . It’s of a higher quality I believe than the oem quick release Sony foot .

Absolutely amazing, far better then the OEM and when paired with my Katana Jr. Gimbal the arca plates bevels line up 100%. And the ability to use the ss2 port is a major bonus

Excellent Craftsmanship

I had been using a PMG plate on my Sony lens for almost a year with no issues. I bought the PMG foot to reduce weight and the extra connection. The lens foot works flawlessly. It is very well made. I would recommend it to anyone using the Sony 200-600.

I actually used this with my new Sony 70-200mm f2.8 G Master II. It fit perfectly with the exception of the mounting screw (the hole did not line up). I used a metal drill bit to grind a slight notch at the top of the hole. After that, no problem the screw went in. Great product that gives me versatility going from camera to campers lens to tripod to camera bag (I modified my bag also).
