International Orders

Shipping costs start at around $35 for UPS/DHL. Items worth $300 or higher have a shipping rate of 8-10% of the total value of the order. Cheaper methods are available at your discretion. But we are not liable for any lost packages due to the lack of tracking numbers.

Genuinely Better Than Expected

Let's be honest - I'm fairly certain I abused my GKJRC Katana Pro Gimbal Head Telephoto Lens Side Mount Clamp. For the sake of brevity I'm going to skip the whys and hows (it's OK to assume "this guy must be an idiot") but within a couple of weeks of receiving my GK Jr I stripped out the knob the controls the horizontal rotation of the gimbal. I got in touch with ProMediaGear via the chat feature. Their response was immediate. They asked a few questions, clarified a few things and sent me a prepaid label. True to their word they repaired my gimbal and had it on it's way back to me within 24 hours. NO charge. If you appreciate precision craftsmanship and the "feel" that goes with it you'll love the GK Jr as much as I do (and I suspect anything else they craft). Equal to the excellence of the product is their customer service. I could not be happier - words I have not used in quite some time.
